Eligibility

• Forlive may terminate access for ineligible users.
• Businesses confirm authority to bind their entity.

Services

Forlive provides home and industrial interior designing, furnishing, and construction services. All services are subject to formal agreements and approvals.

Use of Platform

• Use the Platform only for lawful purposes.
• Provide accurate and up-to-date information.
• Protect your account credentials.
• Do not misuse or commercially exploit Platform content.

Prohibited Actions

• Violating platform security or integrity.
• Uploading false or harmful information.
• Introducing malware or viruses.
• Unauthorized copying or reproduction.

Intellectual Property

All content including logos, text, images, and graphics is protected by intellectual property laws and may be used only for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Forlive and its affiliates from claims arising out of your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Indian law. Courts in Panvel, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
